Your purchase is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. The average shipping time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on location and shipment method. What if my product does not work? Please email us with the computer model and manufacturer’s name, along with your order number. We will then check for compatibility, and send you an RMA form. Please return the memory and the RMA form to our address to process your return or exchange. What if I bought the wrong product? Please contact us and let us know what you want to exchange your item for. We will send you an RMA form. Please return the product with the RMA form; and we will process your exchange quickly. Who pays the shipping on returns or exchanges? You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We pay the shipping when the second shipment is made. I never received my tracking number? What do I do? You should receive an automatic email from UPS once your item ships. If you do not receive this email, please contact us immediately. We will get that number to you as quickly as possible. Do you ship internationally? No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
