Return
and Warranty
The need to return your memory is quite uncommon. However, if you do
have a problem, we will do our best to amend the problem as quickly
as possible.
If you
have any questions or concerns about your memory purchase, within the
initial 30-day period, please contact Quality Rams at support@qualityrams.com.
We will send you a RMA (return merchandise authorization) form that
you will fill out and send back to us with the memory. You have our
guarantee that your return will be processed with speed and diligence,
and it will be sent back as soon as possible. Returned product without
the proper paperwork will not be processed, and will be returned to
the sender. The Customer is responsible for return postage, proper packaging
along with a RMA form and insurance on all items.
If your
product has functional problems even after the 30-day period, it is
covered by our limited lifetime warranty. Please contact us via email
at support@qualityrams.com.
Physical Damage Policy
Shipping insurance is paid on every product purchased from our store.
This is to cover any damage your product incurs en route to its destination.
If your product does become damaged, please contact us at support@qualityrams.com.
We will quickly replace the product, and solve the issue as soon as
possible. The customer is responsible for return postage, proper packaging
along with a RMA form and insurance on all items.
Compatibility Problems
If for
any reason the memory you purchased has compatibility issues, please
email us at support@qualityrams.com.
Please provide us with the computer’s manufacture and model in
order for us to check compatibility and issue a RMA to get the exchange
completed. The Customer is responsible for return postage, proper packaging
along with a RMA form and insurance on all items.
