Shipping and Tracking

You choose which shipping method to use when purchasing your product. UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and UPS Ground all have tracking numbers. You will automatically receive your tracking number upon shipment. You can use this number to track your products at www.ups.com. USPS First Class Mail gives no tracking numbers, but is a reliable service and the cheaper of the two options.
USPS will have a delivery confirmation that will show the date and time of delivery.

International orders are shipped through USPS Global Priority Mail and takes 10-15 business days for delivery. There is no tracking for international orders.

You can also check the order status through our website by entering the order number in the check status link on the homepage.

Please give ample time for receipt of your products. It can take up to 5 to 7 business days for a package to be received. It is possible it will take longer due to seasonal operations or postal holidays. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email us at any time.
